How To Return An Order 

1. Begin your return by sending an email to service@sarahkaitlin.com.
2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return form.
3. Send the return shipment back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
4. Upon receipt of the returned items, you will receive your refund within 5 business days.

Cancellation Of An Order

Please note that orders can only be cancelled within the first 30 minutes of being placed. To cancel your order, simply email service@sarahkaitlin.com within this period.

Receipt Of Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. For quick resolution, please email us a photo of the damaged item. We will replace the damaged item free of charge with the first shipment. If the item is still damaged after two attempts, a refund will be provided.
